Brian Silveira, Founder + Principal
Brian has 17+ years experience in real estate development and land use entitlements. His current focus is on mixed-income housing and missing-middle housing as a means to create more inclusive, sustainable communities.
Locally, Brian spent many years volunteering in his own community, where he served on the Venice Neighborhood Council Land Use and Planning Committee and the Preserving Public Places Committee.
Jesi Harris, Sr. Project Manager + Partner
Jesi spent a decade working at non-profits focused on assisting disabled adults and homeless youth and improving Los Angeles street safety. She has a Master's in Urban Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning and Analysis and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from USC.
She is currently a member of the Transportation and Mobility Commission for the City of West Hollywood, where she resides. You can usually find her on her bicycle, her motorcycle, or the Metro train.
Nicole Seymour, Account Manager
Nicole has spent a decade working in Project Management, Business Development, and Consulting for Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Event Production. She brings her leadership and organizational expertise to our team, and helps to support the many phases of each project. She spends her free time doing yoga and adventuring with her family.
Kevin Scott, Policy Analyst
After moving to Los Angeles from his native Minneapolis in 2021, Kevin began volunteering with Abundant Housing LA as a housing project and policy advocate. Kevin has worked with both AHLA and YIMBY Law, and remains a passionate housing advocate.
Joshua Harris, Associate Planner
Joshua has a background in municipal government having worked as a staffer for the City of West Hollywood City Council Office and City of Beverly Hills Department of Planning. He holds a degree in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill and Master of Public Administration from USC. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring Southern California.
Buddy Burch, Environmental Planner
Buddy is an environmental planner with experience preparing CEQA and NEPA documents for public infrastructure projects and private housing development. She has a Masters of Urban Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning and Analysis from USC. Prior to environmental planning, Buddy supported housing research at USC.
